Doña Tomás Celebrates Mexico City Cuisine in One-Night-Only Dinner

As part of its summertime regional dinner series, Temescal favorite Doña Tomás -- whose patio is depicted above -- will be serving a prix fixe dinner this Wednesday night inspired by Mexico City.
The dinner will be $55 per person for three small courses, a main course, and dessert.
And the menu is....
Heirloom tomato and watermelon soup with chayote and cilantro; seared foie gras-stuffed ancho chile; chile-coated shrimp, flowers, avocado and kale; mole madre in the style of Pujol; and roasted pineapple with cajeta and crema.
