Join us as we welcome Cookbook Author, Rosetta Costantino, to the CIA at Copia! Born in Calabria, Rosetta has been integrated in the culinary landscape since she was a young girl learning from her mother and father. After moving to San Francisco at age 14, Rosetta and her family continued to share their traditions with others. Rosetta has since published two books and continues to teach culinary classes in the Bay Area as well as leads culinary tours to Calabria and Sicily. The evening promises to be filled with beautiful recipes and a lively discussion about Southern Italian cuisine.
