Gentle Fitness for Baby Boomers and Seniors

Fight the winter blues with gentle aerobics, fitness exercises, yoga, and Pilates in this balanced, multi-level class geared towards older adults but open to all. Class begins with a warm up, moves through standing and floor stretches, and finishes with relaxation. The focus of the class is to improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and promote relaxation. 

Instructor is RYT500 registered certified yoga teacher and has studied dance since childhood, Pilates and yoga since age 19. She has taught fitness and yoga classes since 1997. 

Join us for a 8-week series January 23 thru March 13.

$100 for the series or $15 drop-in.
