More than 500 guests attended the 16th edition of the Berkeley Repertory Theatre’s Narsai Toast April 4 at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner, live jazz by vocalist Paula West and the chance to bid on items such as a guitar signed by Bonnie Raitt during the auction led by local food celebrity Narsai David. The event raised a record-breaking $800,000 to help the Tony Award–winning theater continue bringing artistic excellence to the community and plan for the future. www.berkeleyrep.org.
