Don’t be fooled by its Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center location. Despite its casual appearance, this sushi joint is responsible for top-notch—but still moderately priced—Japanese fare. The restaurant’s relaxed environment, well-conceived layout and simple decor highlight a variety of appetizers, rolls and noodles. The tuna salad, which features a tangy sesame dressing and plenty of fresh sashimi, is a menu standout. The rolls are a bit on the small side, but each is expertly constructed—perfect for even the most novice chopstick user. Lunch Mon.–Fri. Dinner daily.
