There’s a conveyor belt of sushi constantly circling in this stylish and sprawling kaiten-style sushi house that because of its sheer expansiveness seems under populated. But for whatever reason this night, we didn’t opt for those rotating chef’s creations. Instead we ordered the barbecued mussels, wakame salad and barbecued squid — great stuff, all, because it was fresh, spiced just right and perfectly filling. The menu is as big as the restaurant, so we’ll be back to tackle it one section at a time, starting with sashimi and sushi and moving into the sections with tempura, teriyaki, rolls, udon and on and on. There’s a kid-friendly room in the front for the tots. Serves lunch and dinner seven days.
