This event occurs weekly, on Monday and Tuesday.

Oaktown Ballers has opened up in the Laurel neighborhood in Oakland to provide baseball and softball training to kids ages 7-18 to improve their speed, form, hitting, pitching and much more. There are 3 cages for rental and new super accurate three wheel hitting machines. Private lessons start at $40 and classes start at $20. Butterfly Walk

This event occurs monthly, on the fourth Tuesday of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December.

Join Sally Levinson, 'caterpillar lady', and Sarab Seth, 'butterfly guy,' for a guided walk through the Botanical Garden in search of butterflies. Bring binoculars is you have them. Space is limited on a first-come basis. Children welcome. Free with garden admission.
