Music in Schools Today
Green Day drummer Tré Cool joined other celebrities including band mate Mike Dirnt, radio personalities Don Bleu and No Name, at the Sequoyah Country Club April 21 in support of Music in Schools Today. Guests at the second annual event enjoyed a day of golf, lunch and a live auction emceed by Tré Cool himself with G. David Parker. More than $60,000 was raised to benefit MuST and the music programs of the Oakland Unified School District. www.mustcreate.org. Photography by Rachel Capil.
