From the outside, first-timers to Mezze might expect a tiny little place, but step inside and a smartly chic and cavernous dining room gives way to lots and lots of tables, some so close you’ll be able to easily chat with strangers. And that’s OK, because we could ask those seated adjacent to us what they had and whether they were pleased. All were, and so were we with our meal of almond-encrusted steelhead and the nightly special, the vanilla-bean-and-brine marinated pork loin and juicy spare rib. A “molten chocolate” dessert and port finished us off. It’s hard to make a selection—everything on and off the menu, from appetizers to entrees to desserts, sounds tempting. Dinner daily.
