This edgy E’ville diner—inhabited by a few Barbies, Barrel of Monkeys lookalikes and, on occasion, part-owner Mike Dirnt from Green Day—is très trendy for breakfast, but also does a brisk lunch and dinner business. Breakfast stars regular egg and omelet offerings, but the chorizo scramble with fresh Peet’s brew is something special. Burgers, salads and sandwiches and diner-esque specials proliferate the lunch and dinner menu. Try the tasty Monte Cristo sandwich,washed down with real cherry or vanilla Coke, for a treat.
