A cozy College Avenue restaurant gets reinvented as Cuvae, a sleek Asian-influenced bistro. The name plays on the French word cuvé, meaning blend; an a is added to indicate the marriage of Asian-American culture, and quite a union it is: ahi poki, Kalua pork rolls, duck breast and more, all infused with a hint of the Pacific.
