One of Oakland's most exclusive dining options, this Piedmont Avenue favorite has an ever-changing, always-inspired, small menu. The tender rack of lamb and pistachio-topped sea bass delighted our taste buds, but choosing a dessert was an exercise in futility-thanks to each delectable-sounding option. The warm apple-walnut tart was perfectly executed, as was each step of the meal, a Bay Wolf standard. Lunch Mon.-Fri. Dinner nightly.
