We have specialized in seismic retrofits since 1989 and have undertaken seismic projects both large and small, from bungalows to San Francisco apartment buildings. We are the only seismic retrofit firm in the Bay Area with a general engineering contractors license as well as a general building contractor license. In addition, we are certified by the Association of Bay Area Governments as a certified seismic contractor.
