Beth Lisick Tonight

Beth Lisick reads from Helping Me Help Myself: One Skeptic, Ten Self-Help Gurus, And a Year on the Brink of the Comfort Zone at Diesel, A Bookstore tonight.

On January 1, 2006 Beth Lisick made her first ever New Year's Resolution: to spend the next 12 months improving every aspect of her life. Every month she chose a self-help book and leader to follow. She went on a cruise with Richard Simmons, organized her life with Julie Morgenstern and created a savings account with the help of Suze Orman.
The results are funny, fascinating and even a little touching.
