• Hear the folk pop of
Karry Walker tonight as she presents songs from her most technically challenging album ever,
Foamy Lather. Also playing are

• Great art comes to life this weekend at
East Bay Open Studios as some 50,000 people visit more than 400 artists displaying their work in more than 400 locations in Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Dublin, Livermore and Benicia. The area’s largest art event is free; maps are available at various East Bay locations, in the East Bay Express or at Pro Arts this month. June 14-15, (510) 763-4361.

Love it, sounds like a great weekend. Heard Karry Walker and Myles Boisen last night on the Derk Richardson radio show on KPFA—they sounded great. Plus Mia and Jonah, sounds like a great weekend of music.
