I'm on vacation next week, so here are some great events for the weekend and beyond. See you when I return June 9.
• Grab the clubs and hit the links for the

• Join the
American Indian Child Resource Center for a memorial prayer walk to honor Native people who have passed away due to violence, alcohol or drugs. 9 a.m., May 31, starting at the corner of 47th Avenue and International Boulevard the 3-mile walk will end at the Intertribal Friendship House, 523 International Blvd., with a meal, (510) 208-1870, ext. 320.
• The City of Oakland's office of parks and recreation celebrates the reopening of the

• Hear the
Beth Custer Ensemble at the
