Oakland Civic Orchestra: Picturesque!

The Oakland Civic Orchestra, conducted by Artistic Director Martha Stoddard and Assistant Conductor Andrew O’Donnell, presents its “Picturesque!” concert. The concert features baritone soloist Sara Couden in Mahler’s Songs of a Wayfarer and also includes traditional favorites von Weber’s Overture to Der Freischutz and Smetana’s The Moldau as well as the Northern California premiere of Ruth Gipps’s Symphony No.2. Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
