The Bayganda Community Initiative is thrilled to partner with Ferragamo San Francisco in celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Sew What Camp,” an inspiring program led by Erica Varize, dedicated to teaching youth the art of sewing and design. Since 2004, this program has been transforming lives in Berkeley by empowering girls, ages 8-14, to discover their creativity and develop practical skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. On November 14th, Ferragamo’s flagship store in San Francisco will host for the very first time an evening of fashion, creativity, and community support, honoring this milestone and the camp’s impact on youth.
This special evening will feature a fashion showcase of pieces designed by “Sew What” students, along with cocktails and bites. Guests will have an exclusive opportunity to support Bayganda’s mission, as 10% of all Ferragamo store sales that evening will directly benefit the Bayganda Foundation.
