Homey Setting & Thoughtful Approach
Located at 3550 East 9th Street, TPF blends seamlessly into the streets of the Fruitvale Station business corridor. Unlike mega kennels, maximum capacity is 35 dogs. It’s a small‑batch, home‑style facility, where every canine gets personalized attention. Dogs stretch out in a cool indoor space or enjoy all day play in a lush shaded play yard tailored to safety and socialization.
Because Randy lives onsite, dogs receive constant oversight and the kind of human to dog contact that fosters trust. Randy explains that its an environment where for new incoming dogs “trust is earned & given… and this is where confidence is developed.”
Safety, Health & Onboarding Protocols
TPF requires up‑to‑date vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, DHPP). New dogs must attend a meet-and-greet scheduled on Sundays or Mondays. Bookings are created & confirmed through a client portal, and the team is proactive about providing update videos of your dogs play group.
